Well it has been gently grazed upon in the general media.. You know - THE BIG ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM OF 2011 …. *cues horrifying music* 2012… Yes, this year brings with it the nostalgic scares of Y2K of my youth or.. the Sept 11th attacks that seemed to increase fear in people across the globe.

I often wonder if the Mayan calculators were right and the end of civilization as we know it were to come on say January 1st, 2012.. As a bible welding Christian myself.. I hold firm to the affirmation that no man knows the date and time of the end .. Yet, it didnt very well hint to the year. AHA! What if God , Allah, Jehovah or whatever your personal brand of Almighty may be..in his infinite wisdom and humor.. Just meant time or date — Not year. Lol.. What a chuckle and embarrassing obvious mistake that would be.

Anyway - Back to The point of this post  —- Are you ready to meet your maker? I mean seriously. Are you prepared spiritually , mentally , and emotionally to answer for sins and have the devil come aganist you in court? How many of us folks - of all colors are really ready to stand in a grand judgement..

I mean for this year.. I’ve been doing pretty good you know, celibate a few months, giving secretly, forgiving, confessing, …… But I mean I do have the occasionally lie or slip up but in all. I think we pretty aight me and God you know.. But then again.. Sins of the past may be too much you know.. I dont know.. But I want to know.. How are you my people feeling about the slightly dreaded 2012?
